After a nine-year absence, we are happy to announce that TBTB will once again be presenting our Short Play Festival this spring! The upcoming festival will be titled “Transcendency Rising: Short Plays About Defying Limitations” and will run at Theatre Row’s Theatre Five in New York City from March 21 through April 11, 2026. The playwrights are John Patrick Shanley, Cate Allen, Bekah Brunstetter, Kathryn Grant, Lyle Kessler, and Jeff Tabnick. Tickets are NOW on sale for this festival:

Disability is the only diversity that cuts across all racial, gender, social, and class distinctions. Disability knows no age, race, religion, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. As such, we view disability as a common ground where the voices from every sector of our society can come together to be represented and expressed.
