2016 FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL — June 11

TBTB capped their hugely successful HUNTER IN FOUR play reading series on Monday, March 24, 2025, with a reading of Samuel D. Hunter’s outstanding play, THE HEALING, featuring the original 

2016 cast: Mary Theresa Archbold, Shannon DeVido, David Harrell, Lynne Lipton, John McGinty

Jamie Petrone, and Pamela Sabaugh.

TBTB commissioned Sam to write THE HEALING, which we premiered in June 2016!

TBTB worked with Signature Theatre Center to spotlight four of Samuel D. Hunter’s amazing plays in celebration of the world premiere of his latest work, GRANGEVILLE.

In addition to THE HEALING, the three other works we featured in the reading series were:

A GREAT WILDERNESS, CLARKSTON, and THE HARVEST (photos below).

We were overjoyed to play to four sold out houses during our month-long series and look forward to producing future play reading series, which will feature other outstanding playwrights!
